Requesting a Password Reset

If you can’t remember your password, resetting it is quick and doesn’t require anyone else’s help in most cases.

From the login screen

1. Go to your site’s login page (/wp-admin).
2. Click “Lost your password?” below the login form.
3. Enter your username or the email address linked to your account, and click “Get New Password”.
4. Check your email for a reset link (also check your spam/junk folder).
5. Click the link and choose a new password.

If you don’t receive the email

Double check you’re using the correct email address for your account. If it still doesn’t arrive, ask your site administrator to reset it manually or confirm which email address is on file.
